In Oct 2019, Tex Biosciences was engaged by a Top Food Additive Manufacturing Company from Japan to ferment and produce a Natural Anti-Microbial product. The Japanese company had visited the plant of Tex Biosciences and was impressed with the facility, quality, and systems of the company. Soon after, the strain and the manufacturing process were transferred to Tex Biosciences.
Tex Biosciences team of dedicated scientists in the R&D and Quality Assurance Department worked together to trial and optimize the manufacturing process. Once the optimization process was concluded, the fermentation team was then able to quickly scale up the batches and deliver the product in record 3 months’ time.
The product produced by the Fermentation team was tested by the Japanese company and was approved. The Japanese company appreciated the organization’s dedication and sincerity in working and delivering on the project in record time.
Tex Biosciences offers Contract Manufacturing Services to clients who would like to either scale up their R&D projects or would like to outsource their existing manufacturing/fermentation process.
