Cricket, often hailed as more than just a sport in many parts of the world, finds its place within the corporate culture through company cricket teams. These teams not only foster a sense of camaraderie but also embody the spirit of teamwork and healthy competition among employees. Work can be stressful, and cricket provides a constructive outlet for employees to unwind and recharge. Beyond the physical aspects, cricket enhances strategic thinking, decision-making, and leadership skills. Players learn to strategize, collaborate and perform under pressure – skills that are directly transferable to the workplace.

For the past 9 years Tex Biosciences has been conducting Annual Intra Company Cricket (Tex Biosciences Premier League) Tournament consisting of 4 Teams with 15 Players in Each team. The competition is fierce and held in good nature with all players showcasing their ability and talent.

This year the finals is between Tex Lions vs Tex Challengers. Tex Lions headed by Mr. Manikandan-Deputy Manager Maintenance won the tournament. The Man of Series was Mr. Bharath – 98 runs and 5 wickets. Batsman of the Tournament was Mr.Rubin Raj – 126 runs. Bowler of the Tournament was Mr. Venkataselvi Thyagarajan – 10 Wickets.
