Job Description:

Fermenter Supervisor is an entry level position that involves carrying out Fermenter production duties which involves both upstream & downstream process as per BMR

Job Role involves the following:

• Executing Fermenter production work as assigned
• Initiating, monitoring & harvesting Fermenter Batch as per BMR procedures
• Handling upstream & downstream equipments as per SOP
• Record keeping as per ISO 9001, 22000 & FAMI Qs Certification

Desired Candidate profile:

• Bachelors/Masters Degree in Bio Technology/Microbiology
• Freshers and candidates with years upto 3 (0-3 Years) experience in fermentation production department preferred
• Experience in ISO, FAMIQS documentation will be an added advantage
• Strong Technical Knowledge
• Able to work well in teams
