Tex Biosciences as part of our diversification process has recently developed a microbial enzyme, Texzyme-F. Texzyme F is for liquefaction of pectins in fruit juices.

Texzyme - F is a pectinase based enzyme formulation, for application in Fruit Pulp Industry for improving the clarity of the fruit juice.
